AppViewX acquires Eos, appoints Co-founder Archit Lohokare as CEO
Eos, an AI-native identity security platform for AI agents and autonomous workloads, has been acquired by AppViewX, a leading machine identity management provider. As part of the acquisition, Eos co-founder and CEO Archit Lohokare has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of AppViewX.
Founded in 2025 by Archit Lohokare and Kashyap Ivaturi, Eos raised funding twice within seven months of inception. It was acquired within a year, a testament to the strength of its product and the growing market demand for AI agent identity security. The combined platform brings together AppViewX's certificate lifecycle management and PKI automation with Eos's agentic governance and privileged access controls, delivering a unified solution for machine and AI agent identity security.
Engineering the platform behind the acquisition
KeyValue partnered with Eos to build its AI agent governance platform, spanning privileged access, compliance monitoring, and identity threat detection. Working as product partners from the ground up, KeyValue helped shape the core platform that ultimately led to Eos's rapid market traction and acquisition.
